2. Unreasonable design of equipment structure
If the designed reducer does not have a ventilation hood, it cannot achieve pressure equalization, resulting in increasing pressure inside the box and oil leakage.
3. The pressure inside the fuel tank has increased
In a closed gearbox, friction between each pair of gears generates heat. As the operating time increases, the temperature inside the gearbox gradually rises, while the volume inside the gearbox remains unchanged. Therefore, the pressure inside the gearbox increases, and the lubricating oil inside the gearbox splashes and spills onto the inner wall of the gearbox. Due to the strong permeability of oil, under the pressure inside the box, wherever the seal is not tight, the oil will seep out from there.
4. Excessive refueling volume
During the operation of the equipment, the oil pool is stirred vigorously, and lubricating oil splashes everywhere inside the machine. If too much oil is added, a large amount of lubricating oil will accumulate at the shaft seal, joint surface, etc., causing the gearbox to leak.
