3. Heating: It can be used when the temperature is not high, and there are two types of refining systems: open and closed. The open type is relatively simple, consisting of a circulation pump, a water tank, pipelines, and a regulator for operating valves. When using high-pressure water, it is required that the electric drum has high strength, the outer layer of the reaction tank is welded with a serpentine tube, and there is a gap between it and the kettle wall to increase thermal resistance and reduce heat transfer efficiency.
4. Refining with other media: It is processed by other media, and if high-temperature operation is required for processing, or if the high-pressure processing system is exempted, it can use other media instead of water and steam. Such as mineral oil production (275-300 ℃), diphenyl ether mixture (boiling point 258 ℃), molten salt (140-540 ℃), liquid lead (melting point 327 ℃), etc.
