Electric rollers may encounter various problems during operation. Some faults will not affect the normal operation of the equipment, but some faults may pose certain risks. At this point, in order to avoid accidents, it is necessary to immediately take acute debugging measures for remediation.
The axis of the head drive roller or tail electric drum is not perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor, resulting in deviation of the conveyor belt at the head drive roller or tail electric drum. When the drum is skewed, the tension of the conveyor belts on both sides of the drum is inconsistent, and the traction force Fq along the width direction is inconsistent, showing an increasing or decreasing trend. This will increase the movement force Fy of the conveyor belt in the decreasing direction, causing the conveyor belt to shift towards the loose edge, which is known as "running loose but not tight".
We can adjust the machine slightly. For the head roller, if the conveyor belt deviates to the right side of the roller, the right bearing seat should move forward, while if the conveyor belt deviates to the left side of the roller, the left bearing seat should move forward. Correspondingly, the left or right bearing seat can also move backwards. The adjustment method of the tail roller is exactly opposite to that of the head roller. After repeated adjustments, the conveyor belt was adjusted to the ideal position. It is recommended to install the driver or electric drum accurately before making adjustments.
When there is a deviation in the movement of the electric drum, it is easy to cause danger. At this time, corresponding emergency measures need to be taken according to the direction of the conveyor belt deviation to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment, and at the same time, market debugging work needs to be done well.
