Planetary electric drum is a common type of drum, and regardless of the type of electric drum, it requires oiling and lubrication to ensure that the equipment can operate flexibly, work stably, and reduce wear. And this lubrication method also has a certain pattern. Next, we will mainly introduce three commonly used lubrication methods to everyone.
1. Oil bath lubrication: The lubrication method of the closed gear transmission of the planetary electric drum depends on the circumferential speed of the gear. When v ≤ 15m/s, oil bath lubrication is commonly used, which means that the large gear is immersed in the oil pool and the oil is brought into the meshing area for lubrication by the rotation of the large gear. The depth of oil immersion is determined. When the speed v<3m/s, it is 3-6 times the modulus, and when v>12m/s, it is 1-3 times the modulus.
2. Circulating oil injection lubrication: When the operating speed of the planetary electric drum is greater than 15m/s, the centrifugal force is large, and it is difficult to bring the oil in the oil pool into the meshing area by relying on the large gear. Therefore, circulating oil injection lubrication is often used. Generally, a pressure of 0.5-1.0 × 105Pa is used to inject the oil into the meshing area. When v>60m/s, heat dissipation is the main problem. The oil is injected from the meshing side of the gear teeth, not only lubricating the gear teeth, but also cooling them.
3. Oil mist lubrication: When the planetary electric drum is in a working environment with low load, a simple oil mist lubrication method can be used to lubricate the gears of the drum.
There are many types and models of electric rollers, and planetary electric rollers are one of the more common and commonly used types. They are easy to operate and stable. If you pay attention to their lubrication method and choose the appropriate mode, you will be able to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
